1 Day Accommodation at NIT Trichy (This is not applicable for WAC Registered students)

People who are attending E Summit alone not WAC workshops, will be provided accommodation through this link
This is the cost for accommodation for E-Summit 2019 at NIT Trichy for 1 day for 1 person. This also involves 1 bed, 1 pillow and a PR kit.
Please note that there is a ₹ 100 registration fee which is to be paid on spot for taking part in E-Summit 2019.
Additionally, there will be a ₹ 150 caution deposit which would be returned on departure provided there is no damage/overstay. If you use accommodation for more than 5 hours the allotted time, ₹ 100 will be deducted from the caution deposit. If it is below 5 hrs past the allotted time, you will be charged ₹50 from caution deposit.
The College ID card of the student has to be produced as an ID Proof at the PR Desk at the time of check-in.
If WAC Workshop registered people uses this link unknowing that this is not applicable for them, Refund will be given when they reach NIT Trichy. But Accommodation will not be provided for WAC Workshop people who register using this link
